Cancellation Policy
All reservations are secured by credit card or a gift certificate issued from the spa. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the scheduled service for "no shows" or same-day cancellations—a 24-hour advance cancellation is required. Please note that scheduling an appointment at Body by Melisa is an acknowledgement of these terms. We truly appreciate your consideration.

Our cross-street is Pleasant Valley. We are above the J Miller Flower shop, right next to the Chevron car wash. Enter to the right of the flower shop, up the stairs through the flower annex.
Parking is FREE on Piedmont Avenue, across the street (2 hours max) or same side of street (all day). DO NOT park in private parking lot next to Dailey Method. You may get ticketed.
